Bryan J. Sepanek, 49, of South Bend, IN passed away November 2, 2009 after an extended illness. He was born on November 23, 1959 in South Bend. Mr. Sepanek is survived by his parents, Robert and Marjorie (Blake) Sepanek; his fiance and caregiver, Crystal Johnson; brother, Scott (Perla) Sepanek; two children, Sarah and Jacob and his faithful dog Shadow. Per Bryan's request there will be no visitation. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 23, 2009 in St. Jude Catholic Church, 19704 Johnson Road, South Bend. Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements.
