Jacob J. Sepanek, 33, of South Bend, Indiana passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. Jacob was born on July 9, 1986 to Bryan J. and Karla (Shafer) Sepanek. He was preceded in death by his father Bryan. Jacob is survived by his mother Karla (Jim “Cheft” White) Sepanek of South Bend, Indiana, four sisters; Sarah Schlundt of Elkhart, Indiana, Kristi Davis of South Bend, Indiana, Annie (Dawnta) Perkins of South Bend, Indiana, and Abby (Robert) Rudnicki of South Bend, Indiana. Jacob also has many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews that survive. He graduated from Logan Center and received a Certificate of Completion in 2005 from Clay High School. Jacob loved ladies and country music. He was a very loving and caring person. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday February 9, 2020 in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Dr., South Bend, Indiana. A visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice Care in Jacob’s honor.
