SOUTH BEND Arthur J. Cukrowicz, 65, of Grant Road, died at 4:45pm Wednesday in t Josephs Medical Center of natural causes. Mr. Cukrowicz retired from Uniroyal Plastics Co, Mishawaka.He was born July 23, 1928, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident. On May 13, 1950, in South Bend, he married Dolores Krojniewski. She survives with a daughter, Veronica Cukrowicz of Niles; three sons, Lee of South Bend, Nick of Houston, and Ed of Fort Lauderdale FL; five grandchildren; his stepmother, Blanche Cukrowicz of South Bend; an three brothers, Ervin, Raymond and Robert, all of South Bend. He is a member of American Legion Post 284 and veteran of WW II. Services will be at 10am Saturday in St Joseph Funeral Home. Cremation will follow. Friends may call form 2 to 8pm Friday in the funeral home, where a parish rosary will be said at 4pm.
