MISHAWAKA - Sandra L. Weaver, 58, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 in St. Joseph Medical Center following a brief illness. Sandy was born on April 11, 1958 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Joseph and Darlene (Bertram) Lenczewski, both of whom precede her in death. She was also preceded in death by her father-in-law, Dennis Weaver Sr. On January 22, 1983, she married her beloved husband, Daniel Weaver. He is left to cherish her memory. Sandy is also survived by her children; Alicia Leyba-Weaver, Jason (Shannon) Leyba, Derek (Jamie) Leyba; stepson, Daniel (Allison) Weaver; her grandchild Austin Leyba; step grandchildren, Cheyenne, Naomi, Orian and Addison; sisters, Lisa (Jay) Linner of Ossian, IN, Carrie (Rick) Stanton of Punta Gorda, FL, Dawn (Ron Hicks) Santana of Union Mills, IN, Laurie (Dan) Szabo of South Bend; brothers, Michael (Brenda) Lenczewski and John (Jennifer Williams) Lenczewski, both of South Bend; mother-in-law, Judy Weaver Bell.The memorial service for Sandy will be on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm with one hour of visitation prior in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th St. Mishawaka.Memorial contributions may be made to the Weaver family to assist with funeral expenses or to the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana, 911 E. 86th St. Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
