Lori Koloszar's date and place of death are from her Indiana death certificate for which George Koloszar, of the same address as the deceased, was the informant. His understanding was that she was born on Feb. 7, 1888 (sic) in Hungary to Ignatz & Elizabeth (Simon)
Rokop.
