Her date and place of birth and names of her parents are from her Indiana birth certificate.

Her date and place of death are from her Indiana death certificate for which her daughter, Susan Linson, was the informant. Susan reported that her mother had been a retail sales associate and had been born to George and Lori Koloszar on June 10, 1925 (the same date that her birth certificate shows). The death certificate shows no place of burial of Irene's ashes.
