WALKERTON - Dr. Ronald A. Krol, Ph.D., 68, of Westerville, OH, passed away at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11th, after an extended illness. Dr. Krol was born on January 17, 1941, in Bridgeport, CT, and had resided in Westerville, OH, for the past three years, coming from Perrysburg, OH. On August 5, 1967, in Ft. Wayne, IN, he married the former Linda Sue Martin, who preceded him in death on June 2, 2006. He is survived by a loving daughter, Susan M. (Ray) Conrad of Westerville, OH; two loving grandchildren, Logan Conrad and Lily Conrad, whom he loved and cherished. Also surviving are two sisters, Joan Sheehy of Torrington, CT, and Terri Clark of Naugatuck, CT; and three brothers, Russell Krol of Trumbull, CT, Gary Krol of Seymour, CT, and Lee Krol of Bridgeport, CT. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Hanley & Sons Funeral Home-Walkerton Chapel, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today. The HANLEY & Sons Funeral Home - Walkerton Chapel, handled arrangements and services and extends their deepest condolences and heartfelt prayers to the Krol family.
