Mrs. Angeline Portolese, 86, of 806 E. Battell, died at 6:55pm Friday in St Joseph Hospital, following an extended illness.She was born on October 25, 1892, in Plati, Italy, and moved to Mishawaka in 1921. As Angeline Mittiga, she married Michael Portolese on March 5, 1920, in Plati, He died on October 26, 1967. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Clyde (Mary) Hostetter of Mishawaka and Mrs. John (Mickey) Perkins of South Bend; four sons, Dr. Frank Portolese, DDS; Joseph C, Ross L. and Don Portolese, all of Mishawaka; 12 grandchildren and give great grandchildren. She was a member of the Rosary Society of St Monica's Church and of the Diloreto Society Auxiliary. Friends may call form 7 to 9pm today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm Sunday in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home.

Services for Mrs. Angeline Portolese, 86,of 806 E Battell, who died Friday, will be at 10am Monday in St Monica's Catholic Church. Rev. Thaddeus Kwak, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Sunday in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home
