SOUTH BEND - Frank J. Wroblewski, 80, passed away at 9:30 am Wednesday, November 28, 2012 in the Morning Crest Living Center. Frank was born July 15, 1932 in New Carlisle to the late John and Catherine (Stopczynski) Wroblewski. Frank was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen Wroblewski; and brothers, Joseph and Stanley Wroblewski. In 1956 Frank married Delores (Smolka) Wroblewski; she survives along with children, Kenneth (Carol) Wroblewski of New Carlisle, Kristine (Kevin) Vetterly of South Bend, and Karen (Dean) Blacharski of South Bend; grandchildren, Paul (Kara) Wroblewski and Victoria Wroblewski, all of Oregon; and sister, Mary Jane Glon of North Liberty. Frank honorably served his country in the United States Army; he was a workaholic, loved gardening and taking care of his yard and vehicles. Frank was a very dedicated husband and loving father and grandfather. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am Friday, November 30, 2012 in St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, Terre Coupe. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice, 2204 Lakeshore Dr., Suite 475, Birmingham, Alabama 35209.
