South Bend Tribune: Saturday, January 18, 1989
New Carlisle: John G. Wroblewski, 87, of 30441 Indiana 2, died Friday in his home. A retired farmer, he also retired in 1951 from the New York Central Railroad. Born July 18, 1901 in Terre Coupee, he lived there his lifetime. On Oct 26, 1926, in Terre Coupee, he married the former Catherine Stopczynski, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Mary Jane Glon of North Liberty; three sons, Joseph and Frank of South Bend and Stanley of Valparaiso; nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren. He was a member of Polish National Alliance Lodge 3078.

Services will be Monday in St. Stanlislaus Kostka Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be recited.
