MISHAWAKA - Delores J. Wroblewski, 78, passed away Friday, September 12, 2014, in Caring Junction Nursing Facility. Delores was born October 6, 1935, in Mishawaka, to the late Clement and Marie Smolka. On January 17, 1956, Delores married Frank Wroblewski. He preceded her in death on November 28, 2012. Delores was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen, and sister, Lorraine. Survivors of Delores include her children, Kenneth (Carol) Wroblewski of New Carlisle, Kristine (Kevin) Vetterly and Karen (Dean) Blacharski, both of South Bend; grandchildren, Paul and Victoria; and brothers & sisters, Jim, Jerry, Nancy, Shirley, Karen and Janice. Delores retired from Kmart South after many years of service. She was a parishioner of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Delores was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who cherished her family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Wednesday, September 17, 2014, in St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, with a one hour visitation prior to the Mass. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., is assisting the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Asera Care Hospice, 700 E.
