Locations on ship's manifesto:
Katalin Farkas and John Radics: Difficult handwriting on the manifesto led Hungarian genealogists to believe the birth locations for Katalin and her brother, John could be Babocsa, Somogy County, Hungary. This settlement is close to the River Drava and the next town, Barcs.
"Tren" (Iren) Farkas' birth place narrowed down to Moslavina Podravska, Hungary on the River Drava, and on the Croatian-Hungarian border.
All three passengers were residing at "Pusta Lejcovica" before they boarded the ship, which translates to Pusta Lipovaca, in old Slavonia's Srijem County, now in Croatia.
In current times, Babocsa lies 129.8 miles SW of Budapest.
