Mrs. Theresa Kazmierzak, 86, of 1917 Bader, died at 8:40 p.m. Friday, in St. Joseph's Medical Center after a brief illness. She was a former employee of Wilson Brothers. She was born Sept. 7, 1896 in South Bend, she was a lifelong area resident. On Aug. 20, 1919, as Theresa Kowalski, she married Andrew W. Kazmierzak who died March 18, 1982. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Claire Schubert of South Bend, Mrs. Gertrude Kerger of Chicago and Sister Lauretta Marie C.S.F.N. of Chicago; two sons, Benedict of Indianapolis and F. Andrew of South Bend; 20 grandchildren and foru great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Adalbert's Catholic Church with Rev. Eugene J. Kazmierczak, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday at St. Joseph's Funeral Home where a parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
