Carolyn J. “CC” Doolittle, 67 of Mishawaka, IN., passed away at 12:02 p.m. Saturday, January 22, 2022 in her residence after a battle with cancer. Carolyn was born on December 23, 1954 in Mishawaka to Alfonzo and Marie (Selner) Schelstraete, who both have preceded her in death. On September 14, 1997 in Mishawaka, Carolyn married Boyd Doolittle, Boyd survives along with her son, Jason (Pam) Carnell, her sisters; Patricia Scott, Laura (Bruce) Clayton and Jeanette Snyder, her brother, Mark Schelstraete, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Carolyn worked over 27 years in the bar and restaurant business. Cremation will take place with a celebration of life planned later this year. Palmer Funeral Home - Bubb Chapel, 3910 N.
