Mrs. Julia (DeCook) Danielowicz.
Mrs. Julia (DeCook) Danielowicz, 69, of 445 S. Brookfield St., died in her residence at 2:30 p.m. Friday after a brief illness. She was born on March 16, 1902, in Belgium and came here as a child. Surviving are her husband, Stephen W. Danielowicz Sr., three sons, Raymond A., Albert, and Andrew DeCook, all of South Bend; six daughters, Mrs. Anna Molnar, Mrs. Alice Dhaeze, Mrs Arlene Cwidak, Mrs. Audrey Janowczyk, Mrs. Antoinette Youts, all of South Bend, and Mrs. Agnes Bjoraas of Pasadena, Tex.; 27 grandchildren; a great-grandson; a sister, Mrs. Emily Landuit of South Bend; a stepson, Stephen W. Danielowicz Jr. of South Bend, and eight stepdaughters, Mrs. Virginia Harsanyi, Mrs. Lucille Yanez, Mrs. Cecilia Andernt, Mrs Phyllis Forsberg, Mrs. Harriett Ruszkowski, and Mrs. Mary Ann Seach, all of South Bend, Mrs. Clara Prentkowski of Buchanan, Mrs. Dolores Foss of Minneapolis.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Kaniewski and Sons Funeral Home. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Rev. Casimir F. Grabarz, C.S.C., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
