Theresa A. Hans, 59, of South Bend, IN passed away on November 16 2018. Theresa was born in South Bend, IN on July 14, 1959 to Jerome E.. and Beverly J (Grajczyk) Otolski who survives. She is preceded in death by her sisters: Tracy I. Batdorf and Marka A. Cote. Theresa graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and continued to receive her master’s degree. She honed her entrepreneurial skills by opening a coffee shop, working in the private sector and even running for public office. She was also an avid antique collector. Theresa is survived by her spouse; Danny R. Hill; her sister, Rebecca J. (Don D.) Pauley; her children, Steven A. Hans, (Christina L. Hans), Brandy L. Hans and Jonas W. Hans (Theresa A. Stark); her grandchildren, Audrey A. Hans, Oliver J. Fleming and Emily L. Hans; and other family and friends. No funeral service will be held out of respect for Theresa and her family’s wishes. She requested her ashes to be spread in the ocean. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Riley Children’s Hospital.
