NEW CARLISLE - Luann G. Bartoszewicz, 70, of New Carlisle, Indiana passed away at 1:02 a.m., Sunday, August 3, 2014 in Miller's Merry Manor, New Carlisle, Indiana. Luann was born on July 22, 1944 in Superior, Wisconsin, to Earl Elsworth Stanton and Lorraine Idella (Betz) Stanton. She had been employed with American Home Foods in LaPorte, Indiana for 15 years and Automatic Moulding in South Bend, Indiana for several years. On April 25, 1970 she married Norbert Bartoszewicz, who preceded her in death on July 23, 1991. Luann is survived by her daughter, Lori Bartoszewicz of Bristol, Indiana; her son, Ed (Melissa) Bartoszewicz of LaPorte, Indiana; four grandchildren, Craig, Jeff, Joseph, and Elizabeth; one great-granddaughter, Pheabi; and two brothers, George Stanton of Arkansas and Ray (Diana) Stanton of Michigan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 9, 2014 in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 201 S. Filbert Street, New Carlisle, Indiana. Luann was a member of St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish.
