SOUTH BEND - Kevin Joseph Kovach, age 59, of South Bend, IN passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018. Kevin worked from 2005-2015 as the owner of Kevin's Pest Control. Kevin was born on September 22, 1958 in Mishawaka, IN to Charles and Christine (Lukasiak) Kovach. On October 29, 1977 in Mishawaka at 1st Christian Church, Kevin married Cynthia Bybee, who survives. Kevin is also survived by his father, Charles; sons, Brent (Teresa) Kovach of Mishawka, Brad Kovach of Mishawaka, Brett (Taylor Graham) Kovach of South Bend, and Bryan Kovach of South Bend; grandchildren, Braxton, Brooklynn, Bryanna, Brystal, Braiden, and Alivia; sisters, Jacqueline Hagedorn of South Bend, Christine Huling of Mishawaka, and Kenna (Bob) Leader of TN; and brothers, Charles Kovach of OH and Keith Kovach of Mishawka. Kevin is preceded in death by his mother, Christine and sister, Karen Kovach. Kevin was a life-long Oakland Raiders fan and enjoyed NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon. He also loved playing guitar and listening to the Beatles. A Funeral Service for Kevin will be held at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Palmer Funeral Home River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, IN 46615. Josh and Tim Taylor will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 3:00-6:30 PM at the funeral home prior to the service. Memorial contributions in honor of Kevin may be given to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
