Stephanie MINARIK, 85, Rt. 3, Rochester, died at 4:43 a.m. today at Woodlawn Hospital, where she had been a patient for one day. She had been in failing health for a year. She was born Dec. 25, 1898 in Chicago to John and Louise KAJER. She moved here in 1942 from North Judson. She was married July 16, 1919 in North Judson to Frank J. MINARIK, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Richard (Evelyn) BASCOM, Merrillville; Mrs. Bud (Louise) MOORE, Lakeville, and Mrs. Ray (Bella) LOCKWOOD, Rochester; four sons, George [MINARIK], South Bend; Edward [MINARIK], Mishawaka; Joseph [MINARIK], North Judson, and Frank [MINARIK], Rochester; thirty-six grandchildren; fifty-two great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Joe (Ann) BOHAC and Libby KAJER, both of North Judson, and Mrs. Primo (Rose) MONTORSI, Wanatah; three brothers, Jim and Luddy KAJER, both of North Judson, and Emil KAJER, Valparaiso. Preceding in death were two daughters, a son, a grandson and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Foster & Good Funeral Home and burial will be in the Richland Center I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday, and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of services.

A Rosary will be conducted at 8 p.m. today by Father Richard PUETZ at the Foster & Good Funeral Home for Stephanie MINARIK, Rt. 3, Rochester, who died Thursday at age 85. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Rev. Harold E. WELLER will officiate.
