Ignatius Horka, 717 S. Webster St., died in his residence at 4:30 a.m. today. He was born in Poland July 28, 1877, and came here 67 years ago from that country. He was employed by the Oliver Corp. until his retirement 14 years ago. Surviving are his widow, Josephine; a daughter, Mrs. Lillian Stefanski; a son, Roman Horka; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Wroblewski and a brother, Harry Horka, all of South Bend. He was a veteran of the Spanish American War and was a member of the Kosciusko Club.Friends may call after 5 p.m. Saturday in the St. Joseph Funeral Chapel. The funeral will take place at 9 a.m. Monday, in St. Casimir's Catholic Church. Rev. Casimir Witucki, C.S.C., pastor, will officiate.
Burial will be in St Joseph Polish Cemetery.
