"Teodor Klosinski, of 1327 West Poland street, died Monday from consumption. He was 45 years old and leaves a family. The funeral was held Wednesday morning for [sic] St. Hedwige church."

The children's marriage records name Theodor and Stanislawa Rozmaranowski/Rozmarynowski
Klosinski as their parents.
