Clement Gordon Cressy, son of Thornton Cressy and Sarah Stones, was born on 23 August 1885 in Cowick, Snaith parish, Yorkshire, England and was baptised there at Holy Trinity church. [1] On 7 March 1916 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois, Clement wed Katherine Leonard. Clement Cressy died on 3 September 1970 and was buried at Notre Dame cemetery, South Bend, Saint Joseph, Indiana. [2]
