Born May 30, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Jack Clarke and Gladys (Nowak) Clarke of Granger. On August 13, 1966, Judy married Willis "Bill" Siatkowski, who survives. Judy enjoyed traveling all over the world. She was also a dedicated teacher for the parochial school system and Penn-Harris-Madison. But what she valued the most was her family.
