Marthalee "Marti" Gilmore, 74, passed away December 7, 2021, at her home in South Bend. She was born June 27, 1947, in South Bend to Paul R. & Maryfrances (Couch) Izdepski. Surviving is her son, John Rohan, 2 grandchildren, Haley (Josh) Narum, Leo Rohan, 3 siblings, Mikel (Linda) Ladd, David (Susan) Ladd, and Tricia (Ron) Werntz. Also surviving is her "adopted daughter" and her family, Mercedes (Haven) Freeman, Roy, Jr., Vanessa, and Angelica Olivarez and Anthony Garza, 3 step-children, Sonja (Ivan) Hughes, Stephen (Ginger) Gilmore, Shawna (Juan) Rodriguez and 8 additional grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ollie Gilmore, and a brother, Richard Isdepski. Marti enjoyed spending time with her family making memories. Per her wishes cremation will take place and services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to any local Breast Cancer organization. Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
