Stanislaw "Steve or Stanley" GLON was born on February 10, 1880 in Crumstown, IN. Birth date verified from the marriage license. Steve was born with a slight stutter. He died on November 10, 1941 in Crumstown, IN. Steve was described as a gentle, kind, comical, good-hearted, honest and the life of the party. During their parties at their home, he would perform a Russian dance to entertain his guests. Died as a result of prostrate cancer(carcinoma prostrate on the Death Certificate). He immigrated in about 1885. A note on his daughters marriage license indicates this?

Stanislaw "Steve or Stanley" GLON was married to Kustancyja (Constance) "Gustie" LEDA (daughter of Joseph (Michael?) LEDA and Maria(Maryanna) WOZNIAK) on October 13, 1909 in Terre Coupe, IN. The marriage was performed by Rev. A Jubowicz. Steve and Gustie were a social couple and like dances and parties. About every two months, they would roll up the carpet in the front room and have a dance. They would dance all night with their friends' and relatives' children sleeping in another room.
