Frank S. Kubasik, 68, of 754 S. Phillipa, Died at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at home of natural causes. He was employed by the maintenance department at the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Kubasik was born on Sept. 22, 1910 in South Bend where he lived all his life. On Aug. 26, 1939, he married Eleanor Wawrzyniak, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Rita Kanczuzewski; a son, Robert; two grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Helen Kuminecz, all of South Bend. Services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Adalbert's Catholic Church with Rev. Eugene Kazmierczak, pastor, officiating. Entombment will be at Resurrection Garden in St. Joseph Cemetery.
