[N13946] Uncle Performs Wedding Rites GALIEN --
A mother-of-pear prayer book, a gift from her uncle the Rev. Joseph Buchzyha, of East Chicago, Indiana who performed the ceremony, was carried by Victoria Ann Koziel when she became the bride of Marvin Wayne Anderson this morning. The Wedding took place In St John Cantius Catholic Church, Rolling Prairie, Indiana. Evelyn Rucdeckl of Three Oaks was organist. Mr. and Mrs. Sigmund Koziel of Galien are the parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Mrs. Doris White, Flint, MI. The bridal gown of organza and hand clipped Chantilly lace had a basque bodice with long pointed sleeves and a Sabrina neckline trimmed with sequins and seed pearls. A band of lace at the hemline of the bouffant skirt drifted into a chapel train. A four tiered bouffant veil of imported illusion fell from a triple "wedding cake" crown of seed pearls and aurora borealis. The bride carried an orchid surrounded by a stephanotis cascade, with her prayer book. Miss. Milan Grganto of Chicago, was matron of honor. She wore a peppermint green taffeta MRS. MARVIN W. ANDERSON gown with fitted bodice having scooped neckline and a bell shaped skirt. Her matching illusion veil was held by an aurora borealis crown atop a matching cabbage rose of taffeta. She carried colonial bouquet of yellow carna tions. BRIDESMAIDS: Bridesmaids in similar costume were Mrs. Lawrence Smith, sister of the bride from Galien, sister of the groom. Miss Norma Anderson and Miss Kathleen Lackner, both of Flint, MI and Miss Virginia Bud of Chicago, The bride's brother, Rlchard Koziel of Galien, was best man Ushers were Lawrence Smith an John Koziel of Galien and Dustain McDonald of Flint. TO LIVE IN LAPORTE: Wedding breakfast and dinner were served at St. John's parish hall. Edward Mroziiiski's band of Rolling Prairie furnished music After a Canadian honeymoon the newly weds will reside at 110 First St., LaPorte, Indiana, The new Mrs. Anderson is a graduate of Galien high school She was also graduated from Na zareth college, Kalamazoo, and St Joseph hospital school of Medical Technology, Flint. She is employed by the Holy Family Hospital LaPorte. Mr. Anderson is a graduate o Flint Junior college and the Uni versity of North Carolina. He served five years in the U. S. Air Force and is now employed at the Montgomery Ward store in La Porte.
