Janice Marie Tabler, 68, passed away at 8:15pm Wednesday, October 20, 2021 in Memorial Hospital. Janice was born on February 18, 1953 in South Bend to Orville and Dorothy (Wisniewski) Tabler. They preceded her in death along with two sisters Barbara Jo Tabler and Ruth Ann Thatcher, a brother Terry Tabler and brother-in-law Ralph Grove. Janice was a homemaker who was proud to care for her children and grandchildren. Surviving are two sons Christopher (Noey) Tabler and John Patrick Reid, a daughter LeeAnn (Issace) Reid-Mitchell, grandchildren Courtney, Bradley, Christopher, Marie, Alexandria, Aurbrey, Kylie, Olivia, Lyric, Brylee, Neriah, Jashawn, Arstayvion, Nevaeh, and Ashton, many great-grandchildren, three sisters Gina (Stanley) Szczerba, Jacqueline Grove and Elizabeth (Dan) Willis, three brothers Michael (Tina) Tabler, Timothy (Cheryl) Tabler and Scott (Julie) Tabler, a sister-in-law Jill Tabler, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who she loved so much. Visitation will be Monday, October 25, 2021, at 11:30am, with funeral services to follow at 1:30pm in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue. Janice’s brother-in-law, Dr. Dan Willis, Senior Pastor of Free Life Community Church, Terre Haute, Indiana, Officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
