SOUTH BEND - Wanda B. Krol, 93, passed away Monday, September 14, 2015, in her home surrounded by her family. Wanda was born September 13, 1922, in South Bend, to the late Stanley and Wanda (Skrzeszew-ski) Wentland. On September 14, 1946, Wanda married Edward M. Krol, who passed away on December 6, 2012. Survivors of Wanda include her children, Jim M. Krol of South Bend and Mark D. Krol of Stormville, NY; niece, Barbara (James) Cevasco of Simsonville, SC., and nephews, Nick (Marti) Skrzeszewski of Granger and Ray (Karen Kemp) Malinowski of Franklin, KY. Wanda worked at the Oliver Corporation in the Payroll and Billing Department, and at the University of Notre Dame. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Wanda enjoyed classical music, flowers and dogs. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Monday, September 21, 2015, in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony De Padua Catholic Church, 2114 E. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana 46617. ST.
