Frank Krusinski, Sr. aged 82 of rural route No. 6, South Bend, died of a heart attack in his home at 4 am today. Born in Poland March 18, 1859, he came to South Bend from that country 63 years ago. Surviving are the widow, Rose; three sons, Frank Krusinski Jr., of Michigan City, Ind.; Ignatius and Stanley Krusinski, both of South Bend; two daughters, Sister M. Thadia, of the Sisters of Nazareth, Ambler, Pa., and Mrs. Nettie Rafalska of South Bend; three step-sons, Frank and Walter Wydrzynski, both of South Bend, and Alex Wydrzynski of Ft. Custer, Mich.; a step-daughter, Mrs. Mary Mielke of South Bend, and 16 grandchildren. Friends will be received in the home of his son, Stanley Krusinski, 836 Pulaski Street. The funeral will be held at 9 am Thursday in St. Mary of the Holy Rosary Polish National Catholic Church, with Rev. Stanislaus Mrozek, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Polish Cemetery. Published in the South Bend Tribune, November 25, 1941.
