MISHAWAKA - Toni Arlene Heinzman, 64, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at home.Toni was born on August 24, 1952 in Mishawaka to Christopher and Luise (Schmidt) Signorino. She was preceded in death by her father, Christopher; sister-in-law, Katie Signorino; a son, Michael Alan Campbell and daughter, Shannon Marie Heinzman. Surviving are her mother, Luise Signorino of Mishawaka; sister, Carole (Larry) Watson and brother, Frank Signorino. Toni was very family orientated, she was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, coworker, as well as an associate member of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ. She most recently enjoyed working for Home Instead as a caregiver for the elderly. Prior to that she was an accountant since college and worked for various firms in the Chicago area as well as in the Elkhart area. Toni always liked crocheting, crafting and reading. She was an active member of Christ the King Lutheran Church where she participated in the prayer shawl ministry making various crocheted items for the ill and homebound members of the community.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, February 23 at 2:30 p.m., with visitation one hour prior, in Christ the King Lutheran Church, 17195 Cleveland Rd., South Bend, IN 46635. Rev. Steven Schwier will officiate. Hahn Funeral Home, Mishawaka has been entrusted with handling the final arrangements.
