MISHAWAKA - Florence A. Hudnall, 74, of Countryside Place Nursing Home, died at 6:35 a.m. Thursday in the nursing home. Mrs. Hudnall retired in 1982 from Holiday Inn, Roseland. She was born April 21, 1920, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident. She is survived by two daughters, Betty Garstecki and Barbara Deeds, both of Mishawaka; two sons, Joseph Garstecki of South Bend and Jack Hayes of Mishawaka; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Graveside services and burial will 1 p.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Cemetery, South Bend. Cremation will take place. There will be no visitation. Kaniewski Funeral Home, South Bend, is in charge of arrangements.

Editor: As Florence A. Aftowski, daughter of Joseph Jon Aftowski II and Mary Rybak, she originally married Stanley Garstecki on 9-7-1936 in St Joseph County IN. He died 9-7-1958.
