Mary E. Kaser, 77, passed away at 12:08pm on Monday, June 27, 2022, in her home. Mary was born on July 12, 1944, in South Bend, to the late Lewis K. and Letha D. (Specht) Nye. On January 19, 1986, Mary married Roger D. Kaser and he passed away on February 26, 2009. Mary was also preceded in death by sisters, Pat Garcia, Rita Nye and Carol Nye. Mary is survived by her son, Eric (Barbara) Grubbs; daughter, Ellen Grubbs; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and sister, Phyllis Smith. Mary had worked at Pat’s Bar in Lapaz for 24 years before retiring. She attended Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. She loved her family and her wonderful pet dog, Molly. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or Hospice. Graveside Services and burial will be at 10am on Friday, July 1, 2022, at Fair Cemetery.
