SOUTH BEND - Thomas E. Zielinski Sr., 58, died Monday in Memorial Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Teri; daughters, April Hodapp and Corinna Zielinski, both of South Bend, and Allysson Rash of Ohio; sons, Thomas E. Zielinski Jr., Brad Zielinski and Paul Zielinski, all of South Bend; his mother, Mildred Zielinski of South Bend; and sisters, Michelle Schori of Greer, SC, and Charmaine Klemczewski of South Bend. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Saint Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday in McGann Hay-Forest G. Hay Chapel, and one hour before services in the church.

SOUTH BEND - Thomas E. Zielinski Sr., 58, of South Bend, IN, passed away February 4, 2008, in Memorial Hospital. Born October 12, 1949, he was the son of the late Ervin Zielinski and Mildred Zielinski, who survives. Also surviving Thomas are his wife, Teri Zielinski of South Bend; daughters, April (Robert) Hodapp and Corinna Zielinski, both of South Bend, and Alysson Rash of Van Wert, Ohio; sons, Thomas E. (Jacki) Zielinski Jr., Brad (Kelley) Zielinski and Paul (Christiana) Zielinski, all of South Bend; sisters, Michelle (Bill) Schori of Greer, SC, and Charmaine (Mike) Klemczewski of South Bend; and 13 grandchildren. Tom will be remembered for his love of Notre Dame. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Saint Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in the McGann Hay-Forest G. Hay Chapel, and one hour before services in the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. If tears could build a stairway And memories a lane, I'd walk right up to Heaven, And bring you home again.
