BRISTOL - Wilma “Jean” (King) Kozlowski, 74, Bristol, peacefully passed away Saturday, July 9, at her residence surrounded by her fiancé and daughters. She was born March 8, 1942, in Logan, W.Va., to the late Cecil and Rosie King. On Dec. 31, 1966, she was married to Robert “Bob” Kozlowski who preceded her in death. She is survived by four daughters, Rose Watkins of Elkhart, PJ Metzger of South Bend, Denise (Becca) Kozlowski of Bristol, and Angela (Matt) Kozlowski of Bristol; one son, Robert Kozlowski Jr. of Minnesota; two stepdaughters, Rebecca (D) Vance of Warsaw and Julia (Wayne) Radford of Syracuse; her fiancé Gary Paxton of Bristol; one brother, Don King of Florida; one sister, Mary Gill of South Bend; nine nephews; five nieces; two grandchildren, James Watkins of Elkhart and Carmen Kozlowski of Bristol; and also her beloved dog, Karli. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Loretta Wallace, Pauline Cutcher, Dorothy Bencheck and Ellen Penrod. She attended The Church of Jesus Christ in Warsaw. She worked many years at South Bend Plastics and retired from Actia. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, cooking, caring for her granddaughter, reading, garage sales, attending church and shooting her bow and arrow. A private memorial service will take place at a later date. Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with arrangements
