Richard “Rick” A. Kish, Jr., 69, residing in Streetsboro, OH, passed away Monday, July 4, 2022, in Cleveland’s Regency West Hospital in Middleburg Heights, OH. He was born July 30, 1952, in South Bend to the late Richard A. and Frances (Payne) Kish, Sr. Rick was a graduate of John Adams High School in South Bend. He worked as a software developer for Mutual Medical for 21 years before retiring in August 2021. Rick had a great interest in comic books and movies. Rick is survived by his sister, Diana L. Kish of South Bend, as well as many other family members and friends, who will miss him dearly. Funeral services for Rick will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 12, 2022, in the Palmer Funeral Home - Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend, where friends may visit for one hour prior to services. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Rick may be donated to the National Kidney Foundation, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852 or the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116.
