GEORGE A JASKOWIAK
Born 12 May 1921 to the late Blazej & Germaine [Coryn] Jaskowiak; he died 25 Nov 1998, age 77 of S Illinois after a brief illness at 3:30 p.m. at St JOseph Care Center. He was an employee of the former Studebaker Corp & retired in 1986 from SBd Park Department. Served in the Infantry with US Army & discharged in 1945. He is survived by his wife, Adeline [Waslicki] 3 daughters, Victoria [Robert] Stender of So Bd; Mrs Germaine Stuermer, Mrs Carol [Jose] DeLeon of Austin Tx; a son Michael A of South Sioux City Neb; a stepdaughter, Mrs Sue [Michael] Boorstein of Fairfax Va; 8 grandchildren; a step granddaughter and 4 great grandchildren. He was preced in death by a brother Don jaskowiak & a grandson, Martin DeLeon. Services at Holy Family Catholic Church; entombment at St JOseph mausoleum at St Joseph Cem.
