Ronald Lawrence Correll Sr., 78 years old, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 at his residence in Mishawaka. He was born July 11, 1942 in Mishawaka to the late Maynard and Theophila Zmyslo Correll. Ronald lived in the Michiana area his whole life. He graduated from St Joseph High School in 1961. Ronald was married to Connie Juroff, and together they had four children: Kimberly, Ron Jr., Lisa and Kevin. Ronald worked in Well Drilling and then drove Semis for 12 years before opening his own business - Correll Transportation, later known as Midstates Transportation. He enjoyed his years hauling the Hummer for AMGeneral. He eventually retired in 2004, where he loved boating on Lake Michigan with his family. Also, in 2004, Ronald married Patsy Kubsch, who survives. Along with his wife, Patsy, Ronald is survived by his children, Kimberly (JP) Wagner of Chickasha, OK, Lisa (Carl) Stolworthy of Oxnard, CA, and Kevin Correll of Bakersfield, CA; stepchildren, Shawn (Cheryl) Klodzinski of Seranac, MI, Jason (Rachel) Klodzinski of South Bend, and Jennifer (Lou) Thomas, of Osceola, IN. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kayley (Heath) Pratt of Moore, OK, Brooke (Christian) Longoria of Chickasha, OK, Victoria (Tino) Hinjosa of Bakersfield, CA, Danielle (Zach) Correll of Mishawaka, and Casey Correll of Mishawaka; step-grandchildren, Jamie and Gabrielle Klodzinski, Austin and Daniel Klodzinski, and Piper and Presley Thomas; and many great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers, Dennis (Chery) Correll Sr of Mishawaka, IN and Maynard (Barbara) Corell of Blairsville, GA. He is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Ronald Correll Jr. At his request, there will be no services at this time and every can remember him as he was. Palmer Funeral Homes-River Park Chapel and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements.
