Charles E. Heminger, 66, of 324 N Johnson St., died at 4:30 pm Thursday in Memorial Hospital of a heart attack. A retired employee of the Bendix Products Corp., he was born on January 3, 1899, in Bremen. On June 26, 1933, in South Bend, he married Cecelia Walkowiak, who survives. Also surviving are four sons, Ronald D, Robert C, and Everett, all of South Bend, and Edward, of Edwardsburg, MI; a daughter, Carol Lee, of Edwardsburg; eight grandchildren and a great grandchild. Friends may call after 6:30 pm Saturday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 am Monday in the funeral home and burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery.
