SOUTH BEND - Joseph "Jake" Jakubowicz Jr., died Thursday. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine; and children, Joseph B. (Laura) Jakubowicz, Bill Jakubowicz, Robert Jakubowicz and Julie (Denny) DeBuysser, all of South Bend; and grandsons, Kyle Jakubowicz and Christopher Martin, both of South bend and Matthew Jakubowicz of E. Moline, IL. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Holy Family Catholic Church. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a Rosary will be said at 4 p.m.
