Age73 of Orchard Drive. Died of natural causes at 10:45 a.m. Thursday in St Joseph's Medical Center. He retired in 1978 as a truck driver for Reaves & Sons Moving Co. He was a lifelong resident. Services in the Kaniewski Funeral Home. Burial at Highland Cemetery. On 27 Apr 1946 in Michigan City, IN., he married Eunice Ford. She survives with four sisters: Mrs. Evelyn Garbacz, Mrs. Virginia DeVreese and Mrs. Patricia Czarneck, all of South Bend, and Mrs. Marie Smith of Riverside, CA. A son, Howard Dale Ford died in 1987.
