SOUTH BEND - Loretta H Graczyk, 84, of South Bend, Indiana, died in Penrose Hospital, Colorado Springs, CO. She was born in South Bend, Indiana, and lived in the area the majority of her life. Loretta retired from a long term career with K-Mart. She was involved in many lifetime activities including: St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church where she was involved with the Rosary Society, and the Polish Club, Kaplon Nursery, and crafts. She was married to the “only love of her life” on September 3, 1949, to Daniel A. Graczyk, Sr., who preceded her in death November 14, 1998. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Irene H. Kaplon, in 2011, and Father, Peter T Kaplon, in 1957. She is survived by two brothers, Edmund (Marlene) Kaplon of New Carlisle, Indiana, and Richard (Kathleen) Kaplon of Jones, Michigan. She is survived by Son, Alan (Rosemary) Graczyk of Florissant, Colorado; Grandchildren, Bronwyn Graczyk Weisser and Alan J. Graczyk of the South Bend, Indiana, area. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, Abriel Bre Skibins, Avery M. Weisser, and Priscilla I. Weisser. She is remembered by too many to mention, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and family - lifelong friends. She was nicknamed “Bocie” from grandkids. We all love and miss you tons.
