Obituary from p. 35 of the 30 NON 1977 edition of the “South Bend Tribune”:

Henry T. Wozniak, 76, of 1134 Kin yon, died at 10 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born on Nov. 5, 1901, in South Bend and was a machinist for 42 years for Oliver Farm Equipment, from which he retired in 1965. On May 9, 1921. he married Anna Kwiagek, who survives, along with two sons, Henry J. of South Bend and Raymond R. of N. Riverside, II.; five grandcildren, and two brothers, Clem and Roman, both of South Bend

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Holy Cross Catholic Church, Rev. William Neidhart, C.S.C., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home, where a wake will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Wozniak was a member of Post 357, American Legion.
