South Bend -- Rosemary Kozak, 60, of Ireland Road, died at 12:05 a.m. today in her home after an illness. Mrs. Kozak was born Jan 13, 1931, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. On Aug. 11, 1951, in South Bend, as Rosemary Wozniak, she married Paul J. Wozak. He survives with three daughters, Sharon Barrett, Diane Rerick, and Lois Kozak-Fountain, all of South Bend; a son, Gregory P. of South Bend; five grandchildren; three sisters, Jane Miller, Louise Molnar, and Delores Zobrosky, all of South Bend; and a brother, Thomas Wozniak of South Bend. She was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the church. Burial will be at Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 3:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.Published in the South Bend Tribune; Friday, Jan. 10, 1992.
