Istvan (Stephen) Szokora, age 34, wife Maria age 26, and kids Maria age 4.5 and Imre (Emery) age 2 emigrated on the “SS Ivernia”, arriving in New York on 9 May 1912. Their last residence is Babocsa, Somogy, Hungary. They are leaving Istvan’s mother, Mrs. Vendel Szokora in Babocsa, coming to South Bend to see Istvan’s uncle, Mihaly (Michael) Milovec. Istvan’s birthplace is Dombovar (Odombovar, Tolna?). Wife and kids were born in Stefan, Hungary (I’m guessing this is Istvan, Somogy, Hungary

The Szokoras were divorced in 1924. Maria then married Anton Kovacsics that same year. On her marriage application, she says she was born 26 Oct 1886 to Joseph Bukovics and Magdalena Miholecz. Her death certificate gives her birthdate as 17 Sep 1888, father Joseph Bukovics, no mother named. I couldn’t find her baptism on family search
