SOUTH BEND - Mary T. Borlik, 75, of West Ford Street, died at 6:12 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Borlik was a former employee of Hamilton Harris. She was born July 27, 1920, in South Bend. On June 10, 1948, in South Bend, as Mary T. Galeziewski, she married Leonard Borlik. He survives with a daughter, Bonnie Lou Borlik of South Bend; a son, Gregory of South Bend; four grandchildren; a sister, Helen Bonkowski of Bridgewater, Conn.; and two brothers, Stanley Galeziewski and Louis Galeziewski, both of South Bend. She was a member of Golden Cluster, Civic Club, Grandmothers Club, Daughters of Isabella, Keeping in Touch and Pastoral Council, and was vice president of Ladies Rosary Society, all of St. Hedwig Catholic Church.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a combined rosary will be said at 4 p.m. by the parish and Golden Cluster.
