Terry Lee Szczypiorski, 67 years old, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at home surrounded by his loved ones in North Liberty. Terry was born on September 5, 1955 in South bend, Indiana to the late Butch Szczypiorski and Irene (Walker) Szczypiorski who survives. Terry has lived in the North Liberty area for over 50 years. On August 2, 2003 in North Liberty, Terry and Andrea Castle were united in marriage. Along with Andrea , his wife, Terry is survived by his daughters Terra Szczypiorski of South Bend, LeeAnn Szczypiorski (Skyler Wiegand) of North Liberty, sons; Joshua Easterday of Florida, Eddie Kline of North Liberty and Alan Szczypiorski of North Liberty and daughter in law Ashley Kline of North Liberty ;eight grandchildren that he loved more than anything a brother David Szczypiorski of Florida and numerous nieces and nephews. Also surviving is a very close family friend Susie Grimes who he loved dearly. Terry loved being outside. He was always outside in the flower beds or mowing his grass. He loved working on cars and spending his time with his kids and grandkids. Terry had many friends throughout his life that he cherished. The Fourth of July was his favorite holiday and last year his youngest granddaughter was born. He was loved by his by his wife, children, and grandchildren. As Pollock would say “ You got a dollar I can borrow?” A memorial service will be held at 3:00PM on Monday, February 27, 2023 at Palmer Funeral Home-North Liberty, 202 North Main Street, North Liberty IN 46554. Friends may visit with the family beginning at 2pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Terry Lee Szczypiorski may be donated to the family to help with funeral expenses, in care of Palmer Funeral Home, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend, IN 46614.
