Born 18 May 1909 Hillham IN; lived in So Bend for 60 years; died 24 Jun 1985, age 76 of 3611 W Dunham. He was the former owner of DX Service Station. Services at St Adalbert's Cath. Church; burial in Resurrection Gardens musoleum in St Joseph Cem. On 11 Nov 1933 he married Stella Lupa who survives, with two daughters, Mrs Darlene Heslin and Mrs Becky Meagese, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren; seven sisters: Mrs Betty Mieleszewicz, Mrs Marie Seese, Mrs Ada Cessna, Mrs Jennie Barnaby, Mrs Lillian Reese of Tampa Fla, Mrs Frances Dillion of Marina Del Ray CA, Mrs Marcia Reever of St Louis MO and a brother, Paul Crowder.
