Irvin was born May 23, 1965, in Niles, Michigan to Irvin A. and Charlotte (Clarke) Cygirt Jr. On July 27, 1985, Irvin married Dianna Austin who survives along with a brother, Mark (Angie) Cygirt of South Bend, Indiana; a sister-in-law, Cathleen (Troy) Burnett of Marshall County, Indiana; a niece, Ashley Burnett; and three nephews, Austin Burnett, Connor Cygirt, and Collin Cygirt. Irvin was a United States Air Force Veteran. He worked in Customer Experience with Starin Marketing. Arrangements have been entrusted to Frank L.
