Anthony J. Bogucki, 88, who resided with a son, Joseph, at 3744 Fellows St., died there at 4:35 pm Sunday after an extended illness. A retired Studebaker Corp. employee, he was born on Jan 12, 1877, in Poland. He is survived by three other sons, Stanley, Walter and John, all of South Bend; six daughters, Mrs. Hattie Slott, Mrs. Joan Swartz, Mrs. Bernice Nijak, Mrs. Sophie Davis, Mrs. Martha Palka and Mrs. Frances Williams, all of South Bend; a stepson, Anthony Koperski, of New Jersey; three step-daughters, Mrs. Anna Czarnecki, Mrs. Mary Cichos and Mrs. Elizabeth Synaeve, all of South Bend; 28 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
